Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify Turf Talk if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Community standards
- Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not spam, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse automated access to the service.

Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Turf Talk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for cached, shared, legally retained, or previously distributed copies.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Turf Talk content and trademarks
The service, branding, designs, software, episodes, and staff-created materials are owned by Turf Teacher University, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Media, education, and automated features
Episodes and educational materials are provided for general information and entertainment. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, licensing, safety, pesticide-label, or other professional advice. Always follow applicable laws, product labels, and licensing requirements.
Transcripts, chapters, summaries, and resource lists may be generated with automated systems and can contain mistakes. Verify important information against the original episode and authoritative sources.
Turf Talk+ subscriptions
Turf Talk+ is a recurring paid membership currently offered at $5 per month. It may include ad-free Turf Talk playback, access to designated exclusive content, and members-only host chat. Benefits apply only while the membership is active and may evolve as the service grows.
The payment provider will charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. You can cancel through the account billing controls; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, completed billing periods are non-refundable.
Advertising and sponsorships
Free media may include advertisements, paid placements, or sponsor messages. Sponsored content will be identified where practical. Turf Talk does not guarantee claims made by advertisers, and interactions with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Private messages and member chat
Direct messages and members-only chat are intended for conversation, but no online messaging system can guarantee confidentiality. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, health, or account-security information. Turf Talk may preserve or review messages when reasonably necessary for abuse reports, safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Third-party services
Turf Talk may link to or work with third-party platforms, courses, social networks, podcast services, and app stores. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Turf Talk is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Moderation and termination
Turf Talk may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Turf Talk does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free automated output, or that every feature or item of content will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf Teacher University, LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
